Our Customer Care Staff is available at either location to provide you with information regarding your event. If you have questions regarding sizes, colors, quantities or types of costumes and decorations that Masquerade carries, feel free to call us at anytime during the business hours listed below. Or, if it is more convenient for you, leave a message on our answering machines or e-mail and we will answer your questions by the next business day. If you wish to place an order, please have all the necessary information, dates, addresses, and phone numbers available. Our Customer Care staff will also need a credit card and expiration date to process your order efficiently. Credit card that are accepted are: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
